Snížení zpoždění v naléhavých hospitalizacích pro duševně nemocné vězně

Toto reforma má být implementována do konce roku 2027. Věznice čelí velkému tlaku kvůli přeplnění, špatným podmínkám a personální krizi, což omezuje jejich schopnost uspokojit potřeby vězňů s duševní nemocí.
